TSU NOTIFICATION Under EAR § 740.13(e) of Unrestricted Encryption Source Code and Corresponding Object Code

The encryption source code in third party products that is also made available in and by the free search engine www.koders.com, are unrestricted under EAR § 740.13(e). The encryption source code can be downloaded at no charge from this link.

This source code with encryption functions would be considered publicly available under EAR § 734.3(b)(3) but for its encryption content. Said encryption source code is not subject to an express agreement for the payment of a licensing fee or royalty for commercial production or sale of any product developed using the source code. Corresponding object code resulting from the compiling of such encryption source code would also be considered publicly available under EAR § 734.3(b)(3) but for its encryption.
